The Art Department's role in developing the whole student encourages students to explore all of their talents. Some students follow a passion; others try something for the first time. An ever-present goal of the Salisbury education is to strengthen a boy's ability to try something new and to challenge him. We are proud of the talent always evident in the studio art exhibitions, drama department productions, and choral and instrumental performances. We strive to balance individual expression, theory, and technique. In addition to the studio courses, the School provides time for extracurricular participation in drama, the gospel choir, a capella singing, music lessons and ensembles.
