Salisbury School is pleased to offer private music lessons. Students signing up for lessons will meet with their music instructor once each week and should be willing to practice regularly. Please complete the form to grant your son permission to take lessons.  The form will be submitted to Chair of the Music Department Peter McEachern.

The fee is $45.00 per lesson. Music teachers are required to make up any lessons they are unable to attend. A cancellation by the student or one due to a School function will be rescheduled at the convenience of the instructor whenever possible.
