Due to national health concerns regarding the H1N1 Virus, Salisbury School is taking additional precautions in the event we need to contact parents with important information.

At registration, all parents must provide the information found on the form in the link below. It includes providing the School with a regional contact. You are encouraged to fill out this form in advance to help the registration day process move swiftly.

A special note about your regional contact information: Please notify this person in advance on our behalf. It is understood that this contact can be called upon in the event your son needs to be picked up at school because of illness or school closing. He/she must reside within a four (4) hour driving period from campus.
