REUNION WEEKEND
JUNE 4-6, 2010

Dear Fellow Classmates,

It has been a long time since we were all last together- 10 years ago this May. Our reunion weekend has been scheduled for June 4-6, and we are trying to bring as many people back to the Hilltop as possible.

Our school has gone through a lot of change in the last 10 years, with the most recent major addition- The Flood Athletic Center- being dedicated in January. If you have not been back to campus since graduation, reunion weekend will be even more exciting for you. It is hard to capture just how impressive all of the new athletic facilities, dorms, fields and classrooms are.

This June, we are being invited back to reconnect as classmates who competed on the old football field, in the old gymnasium, in the basement classrooms of Payson, Main and Memorial. To reconnect with our entire History department which remains intact, and to get to know the new faces that are continuing a tradition of academic and athletic excellence at Salisbury.

We should also mention that in the last 10 years the Class of 2000 family has grown, too. Some of you have gone on to become husbands and fathers, as have several of our former faculty members. Whether on the field, in the dorm, or in the classroom, their interest in the men we have become is as strong as when we were just boys.

In the coming weeks, we will be calling you to ask that you join us this June back at school. We look forward to these conversations, doing some catching up and working to make attending our 10 year reunion a possibility for everyone.

As a quick note, to make reunion more accessible, Salisbury has committed to providing free transportation to and from the end of the Metro North train line in Wassaic. If you can make it to New York City, you can make it to reunion weekend.

We hope that this note finds you well, wherever your life has led you, and that you will join us in June.

Sincerely,
Joe Sallette
Jim Panczykowski

As you already know, reunions are significant for several reasons. Keeping you in contact with each other, as well as with the School, is our primary goal. In addition to that, reunion giving is a significant vehicle each year for the Salisbury School Annual Fund. The Annual Fund provides 11% of the year’s operating budget, and your involvement is important. Please consider supporting Salisbury in a special way to commemorate this milestone year for your class.

Contact Andrew Graham via e-mail or by phone at 860-435-5706 for questions regarding giving, or donate online.
