Head Coach: Adam Bunce
Adam Bunce enters his seventh year on the hilltop as a member of the Salisbury School faculty. Adam grew up in nearby Canaan, CT. He attended The Hotchkiss School as a day student where he served as a prefect in the dorm and captain of the football and wrestling teams. He participated in football, wrestling and baseball, all at the varsity level while at Hotchkiss. After graduating in 2001, he enrolled at Wesleyan University and graduated in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in American Government. While at Wesleyan, Adam played football, starting for three years, and serving as a captain his senior year.
After graduating, Adam began coaching football at Housatonic Valley Regional High School and coaching wrestling at The Hotchkiss School while earning his teaching certificate in History. At Salisbury, Adam works in the Rudd Learning Center as a tutor. He is also a varsity football coach and the head wrestling coach. He currently resides in Langdon House with his wife Tina, whom he married in 2007, his son Cooper, born in 2010 and daughter Annabelle, born in May 2013.

Jeff joined the faculty of Salisbury School for the 2011-2012 academic year after a 20+ year career in finance. Prior to his transition to teaching, Jeff worked for various investment banks including Goldman Sachs (executive vice president) and JP Morgan (managing director) and split his professional career between Chicago, New York and London.
In preparation for a second career in teaching, Jeff completed the Connecticut Department of Higher Education’s Alternate Route to Certification program on two separate occasions for both middle school and high school certification. Jeff teaches Economics, AP Computer Science, Entrepreneurial Studies (ES) and also administers the independent projects in the ES program. In addition to his academic responsibilities, Jeff also coaches soccer and wrestling.
Jeff graduated from Williams College with a B.A. Political Science and while there played rugby and wrestled (two-time Division III New England runner-up). Jeff also has a MS in accounting from New York University Stern School of Business.
Jeff lives in Lakeville with his wife Mary O’Neill, who is an adjunct instructor of philosophy at Western Connecticut State University, and his three children. Jeff’s oldest child Colin is a graduate of Salisbury School.
