Head Coach: Kyle Dudley
Assistant Coaches: Bryce Daley '18 and Christon Gill
Kyle grew up in Scarsdale, NY and attended Scarsdale High School where he captained the basketball team. After graduating, Kyle attended Middlebury College where he earned his bachelor of arts degree with a joint major in history and film and media culture. Kyle wrote his senior thesis on African-American film history. Kyle was a four-year member of the basketball team, starting all 28 games when it won its first Conference title, in school history in 2009. Kyle's senior year, he received the John M. McCardell Public Service Leadership Award for his inspirational involvement in coaching the Addison County Special Olympics basketball team.
Kyle joined the Salisbury faculty in 2018, after five years as an assistant basketball coach at his alma mater, Middlebury College where he also served on the Middlebury College Athletics Diversity and Inclusion committee. Prior to coaching at Middlebury, Kyle coached high school basketball for two years as an assistant varsity basketball coach at the Dwight School in New York City. Prior to his coaching, Kyle worked for the New Jersey Nets in their sales department.
At Salisbury, Kyle teaches history and is also the head varsity tennis coach.
