Salisbury School was one of the honorees at the 2019 American Red Cross Heroes Ball in Hartford, CT last weekend. This event honors those who save lives through blood donations and raising funds for lifesaving services. 

Community Service Director Rita Delgado and the Blood Drive Team have collectively done an incredible job this year in meeting and exceeding expectations in successfully reaching blood drive goals for Salisbury School and the state of Connecticut.

Will Dubow '17, Rita Delgado, and Math Faculty Jeff Ruskin were in attendance at the Heroes Ball. Mr. Ruskin even left the event having won the table's flower centerpiece for having been the attendee that most recently donated blood!
