1. What have you learned in your time on the Hilltop that's been most useful to you and has had the most impact on your life thus far?

How to be a gentleman. Before I came to Salisbury I was a little bit of a goon. I learned so many life skills and how to be proper. Always doing the right thing, not the popular thing. I’ve learned things like loyalty, honor, and courage. I’ve realized this is the way we are supposed to command ourselves, being a gentleman isn’t just an act when you’re around others. Being a Salisbury gentleman is the man that is loyal, honorable, and courageous when nobody is watching.

2. What's your favorite place on campus and why?

Chapel. The Chapel is the most peaceful place on campus. I enjoy every Tuesday and Friday mornings by entering the Chapel with a handshake from Mr. Chandler. Usually, a Chapel talk comes from someone within the Salisbury community that has had a life changing experience that they would like to share. These talks can be super emotional and have an impact on everyone in the room. It’s a special place.

3. What's your favorite activity and why?

Favorite class – Film Making with Mr. Johnson. I took Digital Photography with Mr. Johnson last year and I had so much fun, I knew I had to do another class with him as the teacher. He is one of the funniest and most genuine man on campus. This year, Film Making was even more fun. We did different things like analyze some of our favorite movies and the filming techniques used within them. Our class learned how to edit our own films that were created and directed by us. We created a film this year to help support the blood drive and it was the most fun I’ve had all year in a class.
