Geoff has pursued a wide variety of research and publication projects over the past years. He is currently working on a full-length study of naval aviation during W.W.I, funded in part by a research fellowship awarded by the U.S. Naval History Center in Washington, DC. Geoff has also completed a wide variety of consulting projects for regional museums and historical societies, including museum exhibits, historic building surveys, and research reports. Prior to coming to Salisbury, Geoff spent several years working in New York State government in the Office of the State Comptroller, the State Senate, and the Urban Development Corporation. He likes the contrast Salisbury offers and says he appreciates that teaching allows him time for his outside interests of research and travel. Geoff lives in Ashley Falls, MA, with his wife Joan Baldwin and their two daughters.
